What This Means for You:
- Convenient Mobile Access: Download your membership card directly to your smartphone wallet.
- Centralized Account History: View purchases, registrations, and tax receipts in one place.
- Frictionless Entry: Enjoy swift check-ins when arriving at the museum.
What You Need to Do:
- Before Sept. 16: No action needed! Enjoy your visits as usual.
- After Sept. 16: Check your email for your invitation link, select “Create Account,” and use your primary email on file with LCM.
- In-Person Help: Our Welcome Desk team can assist you with your account transition during any visit after Sept. 16. You can also drop by our Member Concierge Sessions in the museum lobby on Saturday, Sept. 19 (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM) & Saturday, Sept. 26 (11:30 AM – 1:30 PM).
