Gallery of Exhibits
They don’t call it “the pretty good outdoors”. Head out to our backyard to discover what makes the outdoors so great. Here, fun under the sun includes tunnels, drums, and the chance to take a close look at the wildlife that we are so lucky to share a home with. So come on out and take it all in.
Toddler Landscape & Burrow Hummock
Here, little ones can explore nature and their quickly-expanding capabilities at the same time. Scurry through tunnels, wobble across a trail made of tree stumps, and perch on the back of a turtle or ladybug.
Create your own sun soundtrack on the steel drums in our garden. There’s enough for you to put together an entire impromptu band, so invite a friend.
Eye Spy Stations
Get an up-close view of City Park’s amazing wildlife through these binocular stations overlooking our lively lagoon.
Propel a barge into our lagoon where you’ll learn about all kinds of water topics from right in the middle of it.
Build a big nest for a big pelican or climb along the lagoon to catch a glimpse of the Floating Classroom in action.
Explore our miniature farmer’s harvest where we’ll have live classes to explain the produce and the plants that make it.
There are way more things to do than we could possibly list here. Come see for yourself.
