It’s never too soon to fall in love with the world around us. And we’ve got just the spot to do it. Roll on a bed of lily pads, hear splashing water and feel the movement. Climb inside an egg, listen to the rain or watch brilliant colors move.

The Felt Wall is a way for our young guests to engage with creativity and promote early literacy in a hands-on, sensory-friendly way. ⁠Children enjoy looking through the felt pieces identifying letters and shapes, then arranging them on the wall however they choose.

In this nook under our majestic tree filled with Louisiana wildlife, your lap will always be the best seat in the house. Cuddle up and read a story inside the hollow of a live oak.
