LCM Summer Camps are back in 2021 with 10 weeks of learning adventures and hands-on fun for children ages 4 – 8 years old. Camps will be held daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. with supervised and structured exploration indoors and outdoors! Children will be split into groups according to their age. We will have 4 – 5 year old groups and 6 – 8 year old groups.
The LCM Member camp fee is $275/week; Non-Members $325/week.
Before care will be available from 8:00 – 9:00am and after care will be also be offered until 5:30pm for an additional fee.

Calling all chefs for a week of cooking camp – inside and out!
Week of June 7 | Roots & Shoots
Explore life cycles of plants as you grow an edible garden.
Week of June 14 | Life on the Lagoon
Learn about life on the lagoon as you explore ecosystems, habitats and venture out on our Floating Classroom.
Weeks of June 14 & June 21 (Two Week Camp) | Studio In the Park
Two-week art camp based in the Museum’s Studio in the Park.
Nature + Art + Science will fill these two weeks with fun, fun, fun!
Week of June 21 | Patterned Pollinators
Observe, discover, and design patterns in nature — especially those that crawl and fly!
Week of June 28 | Take a Line for a Walk

Children will enjoy a drawing journey in this creative camp.
Week of July 5 | Aspiring Architects
From birds’ nests to buildings, all structures have creativity and purpose.
Week of July 12 | Doodle Bugs & Squirmy Worms
Young Entomologists will explore the grounds of the Museum and discover what lives below.
Week of July 19 | Budding Botanists
Take it outside with seeds, soils, and sunlight!
Week of July 26 | A Story Safari: Tall Tales & Adventures
Stories and storytelling will help children get into the back-to-school routine.
Week of August 2 | Eye Spy
Create journals that highlight letters, numbers, colors, and shapes!
